Returns & Refunds Policy – Momentumekits

Overview

Momentumekits sells eBike conversion kits that are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers. Because our products are technical and often installed by the customer, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Returns

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All components, cables, manuals, and accessories are included

  • The product shows no signs of installation, wear, or damage

⚠️ Installed or partially installed kits are not eligible for return, as they cannot be resold.

To request a return, please email us at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the unopened product

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

  • Momentumekits is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Return addresses may vary depending on the supplier. You will receive the correct return address once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Payment provider fees (including Klarna fees) are non-refundable

If the returned item shows signs of use, installation, or damage, the refund may be:

  • Partially reduced

  • Or denied and returned to the customer at their expense


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Installed or used kits

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos/video of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped

  • Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks submitted without contacting us may result in delays and additional investigation time.
