Momentumekits sells electric bike conversion kits, batteries, and accessories for DIY installation. Our products are intended for off-road or private land use unless stated otherwise or compliant with local e-bike regulations.

We are not responsible for any misuse, improper installation, or use of our products on public roads where they may not be legally permitted.

2️⃣ Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Orders are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Please ensure all order details are correct before checkout.

3️⃣ Shipping

We work with trusted global suppliers and fulfillment partners. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on product stock and destination (see our Shipping Policy for details).

4️⃣ Returns & Warranty

All sales are covered by our 30-day return policy and 1-year warranty on motors, batteries, and controllers. See our Refund Policy for more information.

5️⃣ Limitation of Liability

Momentumekits is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper installation, modification, or use of products. All installation and operation are performed at the customer’s own risk.

Most products are shipped directly from our China warehouse, unless labeled as UK stock.

💰 Customs & Import Duties

Import duties or taxes may apply to international shipments, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, a restocking fee may apply.
