We stand behind every Momentumekits product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year warranty on major components.

30-Day Guarantee: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
1-Year Warranty: All motors, controllers, and batteries are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

We work directly with our manufacturing partners (including Ncyclebike and ZBPower) to ensure quality and fast support.

If a replacement or repair is needed, we’ll handle the process for you — so you’re always covered.

How long does shipping take?

We ship from both our UK and China warehouses depending on stock availability.

🇬🇧 UK Warehouse: 2–5 business days delivery.
🇨🇳 China Warehouse: 7–15 business days delivery (average 10 days).

All orders include tracking, and you’ll receive updates as soon as your package ships.

Do you ship internationally?
